I’m Catherine Grabar, a product design manager and hands-on designer with 12 years of experience across Microsoft and Axon. For three of those years, I’ve led a design team while remaining deeply involved in shaping complex, high-stakes products from concept to launch. I’m especially energized by early-stage and scaling work where design foundations are still being defined and durable systems are taking shape.
